Jeffrey Williams, AICP

Senior Project Manager

Jeffrey Williams is a land use planner with significant urban design, historic preservation, capital projects, and public art experience gained through his work with local and county government agencies, residents, service providers, and elected officials.

Jeffrey credits a lifelong interest in architecture in leading him to always wondering how cities are formed and developed. His more recent interest in perennial gardening has strengthened his understandings of vision, arrangement, diversity, knowing your base, installation techniques, and the right amount of patience for gardens – and communities – to blossom.

Through serving as the head of city planning agencies, including his hometown of Yonkers, New York and most recently in Kansas City, Missouri, Jeffrey has built skills to leverage each team members’ and community members’ motivations to produce plans for the progress they are seeking by consensus building and establishing a common foundation of facts.

Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pratt Institute and enjoys using his skillsets in design and education to empower people to assess, develop and deploy strategies that create their desired communities and a welcoming environment for others.
