IDEAL CANDIDATES
The ideal candidates will have a background in public administration, planning and project management. You will help in the development of city, state and regional planning projects for governments and municipalities of all types including urban planning, housing, transportation, water, infrastructure and more, from comprehensive plans to public engagement management. You will have excellent attention to detail and great communication skills. You will need to be fun, creative, and have a super can-do attitude.

We need one accountant to manage the finances of both small businesses.
Position Description:
This position performs the following tasks:
- Manage invoicing and accounts payable, accounts receivable.
- Submit employee payroll to ADP payroll processing company.
- Prepare financial reports for staff, leadership, owner, and CPA Tax Accountant.
- Reconcile bank & credit card statements.
- Monitor project budgets for various clients, including tracking receipts for reimbursable expenses.
- Analyze financial statements, uncover insights, and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and forecast the company’s cash flow.
- Manage company banking and credit.
- Prepare quarterly tax reports and ensure taxes are filed by deadlines.
- Provide payroll data for Workers Comp and General Liability insurance audits.
- File applications and renewals for small business and women-owned business certifications.
- Manage company 401K and Flexible spending account resources and vendors.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- A degree in Accounting or Finance, complemented by relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) required.
- Strong numerical aptitude and intuition.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.
- Innate talent for turning data into actionable insights.
- Ability to analyze financial data with precision.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks Pro, Zoho).
- Competency presenting financial information using Microsoft office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ethical integrity that aligns with the highest standards of financial responsibility.
